Our meeting point was the USO at Terminal One at the airport.
We then left the airport to drive to Schweinfurt.

What an awesome experience to be flying over the Atlantic Ocean. Grady said, "It is exciting to begin to experience places I had only read about. How wonderful is this!" While on the flight we met a man named Buster from Mississippi who was very helpful to us as we arrived into Germany, however our plane was delayed due to weather and air traffic. In the meantime, Heidi was delayed while driving to the airport by a huge stau (traffic jam) on the autobahn (freeway). We missed connecting with each other at the terminal, rode a bus to the USO and connected with her there a little later. Later on in the afternoon we had coffee at one of Heidi's favorite places, Pappert Coffee Shop Company.

ReplyDeleteHi Roxana! Thanks for following our blog! About the coffee, if you like expresso, it is great! When you order coffee in Europe, they serve expresso. We only get coffee when we are at Paul and Heidi's where we can make it ourselves. Grady said he could possibly begin acquiring a taste for expresso. I am not sure if I could, but I have been enjoying it some.
